Our Homeowners Association

Our Homeowners Association is composed of a volunteer Board of Directors who are elected by our residents.

As a neighborhood it is our goal to foster a sense of community and belongingness among the residents.  One of the ways we do this is by sponsoring several social activities each year.  We have activities for families such as the Easter Egg Hunt, the Halloween Party, and the Little Turkey Trot.  Oktoberfest is a great time for adults and children alike.  Grilling Brats and Hot Dogs, drinking German Beer, and activities for the children round out the day.  Just to clarify a point, "Brats" refers to the edible sausage variety, not the Hansel and Gretel story.  Our neighborhood has provided Holiday Dinners for the firefighters at our local Fire Station #10 since it opened and this was still "out in the country."  The annual Holiday Party for the adults is a great chance to mingle with one another and enjoy the evening.

 

The annual Pool Party and Fourth of July Parades are community wide events planned by the Bent Tree West Swim and Tennis Club and they're always fun.  Lucky for us, our residents are eligible to join the Swim & Tennis Club.  It's a fun and relaxing place to hang out in the summer.
